The "X" Pool League is a non-profit organization promoting
billiard tournaments by recruiting members and forming
sanctioned leagues throughout the United States.  The
goal of the X-PL is to promote good sportsmanship and
reward it's members for participating by paying a purse to
all teams and members.  X-PL Sanctioned Tournaments
will be handicapped using the "X-Stat" recording system.

The tournament purse amounts will be determined by the
amount of teams that sign up to compete.  The League
Operator will provide projected purse amounts during the
team sign up process. The actual purse amounts for the
tournament will be made public by the League Operator
at the start of tournament when team sign up has closed.

The "X-Stat" handicap system assures competitive billiard
tournaments using a unique game recording system that is
specially designed to determine the skill levels of members.
The "X-Stat" handicap system does not discriminate against
a team who's skill level reaches a certain status point and
a League Operator must force the team to disband.
